 Festbier is a beer intended to replicate the beers now served at Oktoberfest in Munich which are brewed to be highly drinkable, particularly at a festival.  It is a lager that is pale in color and malt forward in flavor with a clean finish.  It has a light hop characteristic that is common in German lagers.
